The Seventh International Music Festival “We Gather Friends!”

“We Gather Friends!” This is an appeal of the Moscow Conservatory to musicians and musical institutions worldwide to participate in an international music festival which has been held at its famous Rachmaninoff Hall since 2007. Every August this hall, which is acoustically unique, is becoming a place where young musicians and eminent virtuosos of both the East and the West meet together for the whole month. Programs of classical music from various areas of the world keep alternating here with folklore, jazz and theatrized evenings, as well as with workshops and slide lectures.

In the August of 2013, the festival will gather friends from Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Colombia, Japan, India, Norway, Russia, Spain, and the USA.
