announce the selection to the Summer School – 2007
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Courses of the Summer School are to be held in the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory in the period August, 1-21, 2007.
The courses are open to the pupils from the age of 16; category “performer”, “listener”.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE

The deadline is Jule 1, 2007.
The whole package of the documents can be sent by mail or e-mail.
In case if the application forms would be sent after the deadline the applicants will not be guaranteed to be included as participants of the School.
The following documents are to be submitted together with the application form:
- passport copy
- two glossy photos, size 3õ4 cm for the pass to the Conservatory and the dormitory
- artistic resume (for the performers)
- repertoire
The application forms are to be printed in English by computer or in writing in print letters.
After the application form is confirmed and the contract is signed the contestant must arrange the payment for the education in the School and send the invoice confirming the payment. According to these necessary documents the official invitation will be sent in order to start the visa procedures for entering the territory of the Russian Federation.
TEACHING STAFF OF SUMMER SCHOOL 2007
EDUCATION REGULATION
The educational courses of the School:
- 7 days – 3 lessons
- 14 days – 6 lessons
- 21 days – 9 lessons
The duration of each lesson is 50 minutes.
The schedule of the lessons is to be decided with the teacher at arrival of the participant.
The classes for the individual training will be provided in the educational office of the Conservatory.
The representative of the Conservatory (English language administrator) will be responsible for the group of foreign participants.
FINANCIAL CONDITIONS
The cost of the 7-day course for the singers, string and wind instruments is 1.190 USD and includes:
- 3 individual lessons
- accommodation in the dormitory îf the Conservatory (double room with breakfast)
- opportunity for using the training classes
- concertmaster during the lesson (if necessary)
- transfer (only arrival)
- visa support
The cost of the 7-day course for the piano, organ and composition is 1.090 USD and includes:
- 3 individual lessons
- opportunity to attend all classes of the Summer school
as a listener
- accommodation in the double room of the Conservatory (with breakfast)
- classes for the rehearsals
- transfer (only arrival)
- visa support
The cost for the chamber ensemble performers and percussions is to be decided latter according to the number of applicants.
Participants of the School in the category “performer” have the opportunity to attend the lessons of other teachers as a listener without additional payment.
The cost of the 7-day course for the participants of the category “listener” is 790 USD and includes:
- accommodation in double room of the dormitory (with breakfast)
- opportunity to attend all classes of the Summer school as a listener
- transfer (only arrival)
- visa support
The entering visa to the territory of the Russian Federation and the medical insurance certificate is to be paid by the participant.
The participant who insists on the certain tutor who gives lessons only in Russian will have to pay for the translator.

According to the wish of the applicant the following clauses can be added:
- additional lessons
- additional training with concertmaster
- accommodation in the single room
- transfer to the airport at departure
- cultural programme (according to agreement)
Payment for additional services will be arranged at arrival to Moscow.
