The traditional concert dedicated to the Birthday of Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory was held in the Great Hall on 13 September 2024. The evening began with an awards ceremony. Outstanding alumni are honored with the Nikolai Rubinstein Gold Medal for their selfless service to the Moscow Conservatory, as well as for their contribution to the preservation of traditions and development of national artistic culture.

Pieces composed by Vasily Polenov, a famous Russian painter, were performed at a concert that took place at Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory’s Rachmaninoff Hall on 10 June 2024 at 19:00. Music by J. S. Bach and Sergei Rachmaninoff, the composers especially significant for Polenov, was also performed.
