Third Moscow Conservatory International Competition for Winds and Percussion

The founder of the Moscow Conservatory International Competition for Winds and Percussion is Moscow State P. I. Tchaikovsky Conservatory. The Competition is to be held once a year for two out of nine disciplines — eight wind ones and one percussion.

Second International Goedicke Organ Competition

The A.F.Goedicke International Organists’ Competition was organized by the Moscow Conservatory and held in Moscow for the first time in 2008. The Competition was named after the outstanding musician, composer, pianist and organist, the founder of the Moscow school of organ performance, People’s Artist of the RSFSR, Doctor of Music, Professor Alexander Feodorovich Goedicke (1877-1957).

The International Composition Competition meeting the Third International Competition for Winds and Percussion

The competition is open to composers of any nationality with no age limit. Each composer can present no more than one work for each category. The competition admits only works, which have not been performed in public concerts, have not been published and have not awarded prizes at other competitions.
